Drawing upon her expertise in various aspects of weight loss and weight loss surgery, she played a pivotal role as the owner and president of LTB International, a wellness company committed to holistic well-being. Throughout her illustrious career, she has been a guiding force for numerous clients, assisting them in successfully achieving their weight loss goals and improving their overall health. Dr. Simmons employs a comprehensive approach, tailoring her guidance to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Her academic achievements include holding a Ph.D. in Education from Rasmussen University of Illinois, a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and expertise in her field. In her personal life, Dr. Simmons finds joy in a happy marriage to Michael Simmons, Sr., bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a leader in the wellness community.

DIRECTOR - 

With four decades of experience in the utilities sector, he served as a supervisor and later held the position of Vice President at LTB International, a wellness company dedicated to assisting thousands in achieving weight loss and overall well-being. In addition to his extensive professional background, he is a certified Marriage Counselor and Minister of the Gospel, demonstrating a commitment to both personal and relational health.

Celebrating 43 years of marriage, he and his wife, Terri have five grown children and are proud grandparents to 14 grandchildren. His wealth of experience, both professionally and personally, reflects a deep understanding of the complexities of life and relationships, enriching his role in supporting others on their wellness journeys.

TREASURER - 

Katrine has carved a successful path for over 15 years as the owner of Family Legacy First, a thriving insurance company. With a passion for numbers and a wealth of experience, she has served as a Tax Preparer for more than 30 years, showcasing her dedication to financial expertise. Additionally, Katrine has been a trusted Illinois Public Notary for two decades, providing valuable services to her community.

In her pursuit of making a positive impact, Katrine extended her reach into the wellness industry, owning and operating a wellness company for more than 12 years. Her commitment to doing good and helping people has been a consistent thread throughout her diverse ventures. Katrine finds fulfillment in her work, and the positive energy she invests in her endeavors returns to her in the form of success and satisfaction.
